Definitions

Services are the digital marketing services we provide, such as SEO, social media, graphic design, and branding.

Agreement refers to these Terms and any project proposal, scope of work, or signed contract agreed upon between you and us.

Scope of Services

Our services are outlined in our scope of work, which was given to you. Any other services not listed may be subject to additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide all necessary information and assets for project implementation, accurately, fully, and on time.
Please review the deliverables and send your feedback within the agreed-upon time frame.
You own or control the rights, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right, to all content and data you submit to us.

Delays because of the client may change delivery dates and pricing.

Payment Terms

All work commences once the initial deposit or full payment per your proposal is received.
Invoices will be paid by the agreed date (usually 7-14 days).
Late payment may result in an additional fee or service termination.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds after work has started or if deliverables have been delivered unless we are legally obligated to do so.

Revisions and Changes

As the project proposal specifies, we offer a fixed number of revisions. Further amendments or amendments outside the scope will incur additional costs and time.

Intellectual Property

Creative property remains the sole property of Mouhryn until full payment has been received.
At the end of a project, after receiving your final payment, you’re free to use the deliverables to help get new business.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you provide us with written notification and specifics to the contrary.

Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep secret all proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the project. This concerns business strategies, unpublished content, and log-in credentials.

Data Protection

We follow the relevant data protection standards and use your data only to provide agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that your data and platforms comply with any regional compliance.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties, either expressed or implied, and no representations concerning its accuracy.

We guarantee results; however, the guarantee is not valid if there are some external factors or updates.

Termination

Either of us can give the other written notice if either party breaches these terms and conditions and the breach is not rectified within 7 days after the written notice has been given.

Upon termination:

All outstanding payments become due.
You own the work that is paid for.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of the law of Dubai.

Modifications to Terms

We may change or revise the terms and conditions at any time. Following these Terms, your continued use of our Services shall constitute consent to any revision.
